Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest –
Nathan’s Famous hosts its annual Hot Dog Eating Contest on the 4th of July at its original location on Coney Island. Since the 1970s, Nathan’s Famous has held this contest. Some of its winners are Joey Chestnut, Takeru Kobayashi and Miki Suzuo.
Joey Chestnut won the title again in 2022. He ate 63 hot dogs in ten minutes and put a protestor in a chokehold.
